PRODUCT RANGE AND CAPACITY

Gravity Die Casting is generally used for medium to high volume of production with relatively good surface finish and accuracy. The tooling for this process is less complicated than that of high-pressure die-casting. The maximum size can be produced up to 3meterx2.5meter and weight of  350kg.

Sand Casting being the oldest technique of casting is still in use for low volume production, for casting samples and for prototype work. The surface finish, being reflective of sand texture requires to be hand finished in some cases. Sand castings large as 11-meter long by1.5meter high of50mm thick, and weights up to 2 toned can be produced.

Finished Products are not limited to sizes or weight consultants as in the casting process, these can be made of a combination of castings, extrusions, spinning or any numbers of add in embellishments. The various components are assembled together either by Inert Gas Shielded Arc Welding, or by Mechanical Fastening.

The surface treatment or an esthetic finish for most architectural requirements varies from as cast to various colors–anodized finishes as well as to arrange of powder coated RAL color or to fluorocarbon Kynar coating

PROACTIVE COATING SPECIFICATION:

POWDER COATING SPECIFICATION

All casting, Steel and other assembled materials shall be cleaned of any grease, dirt or protrusions before powder coating. The final assemblies will then be chemically pretreated prior to electrostatic coating. All Fabricated materials will be inspected visually and will be forwarded for final coating after getting approval from cleaning and coating departments. Traditional Antique finish jobs are done by well experienced workers with art finish and perfection.

GALVANISING AND ENAMEL PAINT COATING

Hot Dip Galvanizing process is used for all steel materials as protective coating. The fabricated materials are undergoing thorough cleaning using grinders and files, all welding joints are treated with special care to maintain the maximum quality and strength. All cleaned materials will be kept in zinc tank for sufficient coating time to develop the protective zinc layer and forwarded to further coating or painting process. High quality metal primer is applying before the final painting finish, which will be done in spray painting with glossy/ rough epoxy or enamel paint, applied by skilled spray paint technicians.
